DEFINITIONS:

Global DX = the ‘delivery partner’
Canadian Technology Accelerator – Japan Smart Cities Program = the ‘program’
Yourself = the ‘mentor’
Workpilot = the ‘platform’

GENERAL AGREEMENT:

The delivery partner and mentor are engaging in the following type of relationship:

• Ad-hoc mentorship of participating startups of the program

PROGRAM LOCATION AND DATES:

Feb 3rd, 2022 – Mar 24th, 2021 (virtual)

MENTOR COMMITMENT:

Mentor agrees:

• To create a mentor profile on the platform
• To review questions, specific asks, & mentorship requests from startups via the platform, and respond if you are able/willing to support
• Not to share the content of mentor-startup conversations with outside parties (unless startups’ consent is given)

For Startups:

DEFINITIONS:

STARTUP COMMITMENT:

• To create a startup profile in the platform
